Instalações conceituais desenvolvidos para a pós-graduação em Direção de Arte, inspirados nas três concepções de sujeito propostas por Stuart Hall.

1. Sujeito Iluminista

A obra representa a ideia de identidade fixa e imutável. Uma boneca modificada com circuitos e fios transforma o corpo em metáfora de um sujeito programado e guiado pela razão. A composição rígida e centralizada faz referência ao Homem Vitruviano, reforçando noções de ordem, estabilidade e essência permanente.

2. Sujeito Sociológico

Neste trabalho, a identidade é entendida como resultado da relação entre indivíduo e sociedade. Um busto com o rosto substituído por um espelho convida o público a ocupar simbolicamente o lugar do sujeito. A possibilidade de moldar a cabeça com massinha materializa a construção e reconstrução contínua da identidade a partir do diálogo com o outro.

3. Sujeito Pós-Moderno

A instalação explora a identidade fragmentada e em constante transformação. Fotografias recortadas de olhos e bocas dos integrantes do grupo são suspensas em diferentes alturas, criando movimento e múltiplas interpretações. A fluidez e o caos da subjetividade pós-moderna são evidenciados pela interação direta com o público e pelo caráter aberto da obra.

Conceptual video/installations developed for a postgraduate program in Art Direction, inspired by Stuart Hall’s three models of the subject.

1. Enlightenment Subject

This piece reflects the notion of a fixed and immutable identity. A doll modified with circuits and wires becomes a metaphor for a programmed, rational subject. The rigid, centered composition references the Vitruvian Man, emphasizing order, stability, and an unchanging essence.

2. Sociological Subject

In this work, identity is shaped through interaction with the social world. A bust with a mirror replacing the face invites viewers to momentarily become the subject. The use of modeling clay to alter the bust reinforces the continuous construction and reconstruction of identity through dialogue with others.

3. Postmodern Subject

This installation explores identity as fragmented and constantly shifting. Cropped photographs of eyes and mouths from the group members are suspended at varying heights, creating movement and encouraging multiple interpretations. The fluid and chaotic nature of postmodern subjectivity is highlighted through audience interaction and the open-ended structure of the piece.
